Dr. Buncher’s Suboxone program saved my life. I had previously been receiving care from Center for Behavioral Health clinic and before that the Charleston Center. The big difference is the level of care you receive. You’re just a number at the clinic, but from the very first minute you walk in to Dr. Buncher’s office, you feel welcomed by Michelle who assists in checking you in, to Sarah the nurse, directly followed by a staff of compassionate, empathetic, hard working doctors, Dr. Buncher, Dr. Garzone, and Cadena Wood (FNP) who listen to you and genuinely care for your well being. While I will miss their former receptionist who checks you out, Crystal is extremely nice and polite. Any minor issues that may arise, whether it be a billing issue or just general commentary about the office the staff, especially Beth, work quickly and efficiently to get to the bottom of it. The program and its staff has been so good to me over the years, I’ve made them my primary physician.

Everyone that I have met in this office is extremely nice and judgement free. I have only met Dr Buncher one time so far and he was laid back and down to earth. Just what I would want from a doctor. His physicians assistant is extremely nice and caring too. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of their services. Thank you, guys!

The doctor and the nurses have all been exceptionally helpful and caring during all of my husbands visits. They always take their time and ensure that everything is fine with his back, shoulders and foot and that he is comfortable. We have been going there for four years and have had no issues with their care and would gladly recommend anyone having medical issues to seek them out as soon as possible.

We Keep Our Clients Satisfied

I just want to say that Dr.buncher and his staff are awesome! He’s been my main Dr for about 3 years now and I have not had an issue. I’m always in and out, I have never waited more than 10 minutes and that’s if I’m early but they always get me in and out. His wife is also awesome, when I was pregnant and going over my delivery and what not she took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about all different delivery options. There staff is incredible, all of the office staff and nurses are seriously THE BEST! I can’t understand why so many people have an issue with him or think he’s rude in my opinion He’s very upfront and doesn’t fall for people’s BS. Your there because your hurt, don’t feel well or whatever the reason may be he’s a DR, who I’d veru thorough genuine and i would recommend him to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for over 3 years. He fixed my back pain with a brace to where I don't even need Tylenol. The man is one smart MD. He is just an all around good doctor and they are VERY hard to find. I have a feeling the people that don't like him are people that just want drugs. I'm sure he can see through 18 feet of BS. Kate and Ashley and the rest of the staff are just as nice as they can be. They've been putting up with me for a long time. Just don't retire Doc we need you.

I really LOVE DR.BUNCHER!!! most of y'all hate him bc y'all didn't get pain pills..yes he is a good honest doctor and strict. But what do u expect??? He actually cares. People don't need pain pills for every little pain. They also have other programs and it's awesome 😄

Staff has always been accommodating. They all know when it comes to me and time, my schedule is similar to a revolving door in that it never stops, yet where it opens I usually find out the minute it closes behind..... “my time gets tricky and I thank them for their patience.”
